Shipping & Returns
All items are shipped within 2 business days of payment received. Your item will be shipped with a trackable method via FedEx or USPS depending on your location. Upon customer's preference, we ship with express mail. Just choose the method you would like when completing the checkout.
International Buyers: We ship internationally to the confirmed Paypal address only. We ship via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail Insured. For shipping rates, please calculate shipping rates in your shopping cart. If shipping cost for your country is not stated, or you have a question about additional shipping options please email us for a quote. The receiver is responsible for any customs duty, vat, clearance charges, tax or any other fee charged by the destination country. These charges are not included with your purchase and must be paid separately by you. To learn more about importing this item into your country visit your government web site and contact your customs officials. Please take into consideration and allow for extra transit time. We are located in the USA and this item will need to clear customs in your country.
In the event a return is necessary the following guidelines apply:
- A Return authorization must be acquired within the 30 days following the purchase. You may email us directly or visit the Contact Us page to request a Return Authorization Number.
- All tags must still be attached to the returned item.
- The returned item may not be sized and may not have any signs of scratches or wear.
- Item must have the original packaging and manuals, warranty cards, and paperwork must be included in the return package in its original condition.
- We will deduct the shipping cost from the refund, unless the item arrived in a defective condition.
- If the above mentioned rules are not abided by we reserve the right to refuse the return/refund.
- Ship via insured ground service (Fedex, USPS or UPS) with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- If the item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of order.
